      Warehouse Project - Oversee the implementation of a central warehouse for the flagships properties, namely: LGSR & Entabeni - Design and implement SOP's conducive to supplying two flagship properties with F&B, consumable and cleaning; and operating euipment and product. - Oversee the training of all warehouse staff. - Evaluate and report on all movement of product in and out of the central warehouse. - Maintain dicipline of all warehouse staff.Cost Control - Oversee the evaluation and reporting on of all Food, Beverage, Consumable and Chemical product within the two flagship properties. - Carry out investigations and implement corrective procedures as and when they are required. - Ensure the adherance of all staff to the maintenance of cost control below the budgeted values of 38% of sale.Database Administration - Liase with the software supplier re all queries, planned rollout of software and training. - Assist departmental heads with correct use of software, with reference to best business practise. - Assist in managing access to the databases.General - Consult on projects of development and correction, such as the possible implementation of a logistics management department.
