Managed an infrastructure based around IBM SAN Storage and is composed of DS8100 with expansion frame, DS4800 and DS3400 controllers. It includes Fibre Channel Disk, SAS disk and Sata disk. Configured storage both on hardware and configuration layer through configuration on the Brocade switches and then on the IBM Storage Virtualization Controller. Built credibility, established rapport, and maintained communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization. Motivated the team members, taught, led them and worked towards the completion and betterment of the project and ensured successful completion of the project. Significant achievements: Successfully coordinated an upgrade of the IBM Enterprise storage valued at $2.4M that has increase its capacity from 32Tb to 120Tb. The three major activities included the Scan of the hand written declarations with the extrapolation of the Data and Documents, the eDossier servers that received all the Declarations coming from various sources and the new Software to elaborate the Tax Declarations. Some of the Projects required to go thru the Procurement and tender process, which i had to complete. Show less
