Students begin with an overview of global markets and politics, and then progresses to focus on culture and leadership, firm, organization and institutional behavior, and societal concerns.The program also is experiential in nature, with an international, multi-location experience at the end of their junior year, as well as two week-long single-location international experiences. Students also engage in a three-semester course that extends the classroom to all of Washington, D.C., to engage in activities related to international policy and the complexities of the global economy throughout the region. My leadership and reasoning skills got to improve because I was exercising my authority on my fellow pupils. It has improved my decision-making and fairness because in my administration of authority I had to view every pupil as equal regardless of their age or affiliation with me.

I got to interact with different stakeholders and government officials and make speeches, hence, It improved both my oral and written communication. I got to be a leader who was the bridge between the pupils and the local government in my town. This helped me get a bird's eye-view of both sides. Seeing other people's opinion has helped me establish my own.
