  As an innovative and collaborative leader in graduate education, I serve as the Program Director and Chair of the online Doctorate in Educational Leadership program and graduate education studies at the College of St. Scholastica's Stender School of Leadership, Business and Professional Studies. I focus on creating transformative learning experiences that center the unique needs of adult learners. With a deep understanding of adult learning principles, I design engaging educational experiences that empower individuals to achieve personal and professional growth, fostering a supportive community that supports lifelong learning.I strongly believe that we are all better together and support collaboration for inclusive innovation. I care deeply about employing empathetic listening techniques in focus groups and collaborative experiences so that people experience a sense of belonging and trust. My expertise in design thinking enables me to focus on human-centered approaches that question assumptions, empathize with user needs, and iterate through prototyping and testing to create products and services that are grounded in what the user wants and needs.I am an experienced online and onsite presenter and workshop facilitator. I work intentionally to create interactive and interesting experiences that help people learn the ideas and skills they need.I oversee budgets and hire and mentor faculty. I facilitate curriculum mapping and revision and maintain high standards in programming and processes. I collaborate with marketing, graduate admissions, student support services, and other college departments. I analyze, update, and submit data and reports as required by state and national accrediting agencies.
