  My current role is focused on improving processes, training staff in Lean Six Sigma concepts and the DMAIC problem-solving method. Projects are varied and include cross-functional work with DHS divisions along with support organizations such as Minnesota IT (MNIT). I am also heavily involved in training development and delivery for Yellow Belt and Green Belt certification candidates. This role relies heavily on the use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneNote.
