      Some of my main duties with KPMG at present include:- data analysis and validation of data in the GL accounts (main and parallel ledgers)- developing procedures, check lists and manuals supporting tax and statutory analysis of the accounts- project and coordination manager for global compliance projects; - tax advice carrying out activities ranging from ordinary tax advice for Italian and foreign clients; - tax packages for IFRS and US GAAPs; - tax due diligence; - tax review on KPMG network clients; - analysis and implementation of operations concerning companies’ reorganization, - tax planning and tax opinions with regard to income tax and extraordinary taxations.I have an active role in the GCMS (Global Compliance and Management Services) team in KPMG’s Verona office; our engagements refer to Italian subsidiaries of multinational corporations acting in pharma, industrial and consumer goods industries.
