  As a consultant I advise boards, senior management and HR L&D departments on strategic learning & development. My customers are organisations for whom behavioral change of their people is essential in accomplishing their corporate strategy.I've always been intriged by the results we can accomplish, when we succeed to allign organisational, team and individual interests. This is why I always focus on creating an optimum between:1) goals and ambitions of an organisation;2) and talent, ambitions and dreams of teams and individuals within that organisation.My expertise lies in designing and implementing social (online & offline) interventions that facilitate strategic organisational change.
