  Worked in multiple positions - concept art, character and/or environment artist, web designer, UI designer and more.At the beginning worked on Zero Reflex, then designed/ redesigned the firm's logo to what it is today.Worked on several projects such as Nephil's Fall, Bear With Me, Agenda, Last Encounter. On Bear With Me and Last Encounter is where I learned a lot more about Unity and it's UI, and I used it proficiently ever since. Most notable project was the development of Bear With Me, which itself involved a high degree of teamwork, and behind it were people who really loved the project to the core - which made for a comfortable experience, and have learned a lot during it's course. This is also a project that pushed me towards bringing in more quality in my work.Other than the big projects I've worked for, I had worked on creating pitches (graphics in particular), and towards the end of my work experience with the studio I was given more chances of working in 3D, specifically using Blender and integrating it into our workflow.Proud creator of the hypercasual game, Pottery.   My role within the team:Brought and worked closely with clients. Directed art styles and an overall direction for the best possible solutions to gain quality to their product. Managed company docs, tasks, and relationships, plus worked closely in developing an educational program to develop future artists in the industry - which I started doing through a student we employed. The overall goal and ambition was to create an environment where newcomers to the industry learn by working on client jobs and to slowly progress and work on bigger tasks and projects that were either a larger client or in-house game.Outsource projects:- Mainly worked closely with Milkshake Games to work on their project Unwritten, developing characters with modular parts that can easily be modified with a couple of clicks - a system developed to change color with one property inside Photoshop while keeping shading intact and the same across all characters, graphic designs already placed and distorted onto clothing which can be modified in flat mode which is perfect for Illustrator type tasks.Projects:- Worked on an in-house project called Splash Kings: Concept art, UI, converting those concepts to 3D ( as well as doing UV work and painting (Photoshop and Substance Painter).- Also worked on a project that required a recreation of plants in 3D and which was created for educational purposes under the name "Upoznaj Botaniku" Show less

  Worked first as a UI designer on the mobile team, then transcended over to the base PC game where I gradually moved up and took up a leadership role to fix core issues with the game's UI/UX. I've worked on stripping workflow pipelines that weren't productive or didn't guarantee a successful outcome, while also trying to shift the focus towards a standardized way of using Unity's UI, thus correcting steps along the way. Since the game is UI heavy, the project needed extensive optimization in all areas, so my primary task was preserving the art quality already in the game or even utilizing/ reusing assets that are older but still match the product's design. By changing the workflow, UI artists had a more hands-on approach during implementation, which meant a more correct delivery of the product by following the concepts as the artists envisioned it.I was also in a part-advisory role to several teams on the project due to my experience with games, mostly for the added benefit of connecting teams better during vital processes. This step alone offered more ideas or improvements and made more room for UI/UX to express and deliver better content. Show less
