  I am currently working as an O&M area manager for Zain project in R1 for Huawei telecom part and performing the b/m tasks:- Daily Follow up with the teams in 4 regions on running TTs and closing them within SLA.- Upgrading and enhancing the network to increase the capacity and the performance of the network.- New sites Handover and FLM approvals for sites to be On air.- Periodic maintenance Follow up and improving the sites quality to match Zain Requirements.- Database preparation for R1 network to ensure availability of information about network structure and to facilitate fault determination and troubleshooting.- Weekly meeting with Ericsson for describing progress and status for all ongoing issues.- Monthly meeting with Zain to describe Ericsson achievements.
