This involves providing expertise in terms of power plant design, construction technology and environmental services, contract administration, commercial and claims management, programming and planning, quantification and costing of construction works, procurement and tendering, project financial control and reporting, quality assurance and risk analysis and mitigation for boiler works covering the aspects of civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and C&I works.
