      Working as a Recruitment Officer, I led the strategic planning for sourcing and recruitment to ensure the sufficiency and efficiency of resources throughout training and tournaments. In this role, I was able to develop and implement new techniques, which successfully helped recruit and retain nine new athletes, resulting in a 350% increase from the previous year. This acquired the most recruits in a year since 2016. Aside from that, I mentored new junior athletes and organized regular team bonding events that effectively improved the retention of incoming recruits.
