  I am currently wearing multiple hats in the IT department in Dtdc express ltd .Below are a set of roles and responsibilities that I handle .1. Vendor management - Handling multiple vendors , onboarding them, negotiating contracts, controlling costs , ensuring service delivery , Timely Documents collections from them etc 2. HR - Resume screening , conducting first level interview's , facilitating second and third level interview's,onboarding the candidates /offroles employees, creating employee code , facilitating email Id creation , laptop issuance , induction , conducting First level Hr interview's for freshers and experienced.3. Finance - Managed the IT applications budget for outsourced manpower . optimised cost while negotiating with multiple vendors.Invoice processing .4 SPOC- Spoc for the ITGC audit SPOC for Internal communications -IT5 Coordinator - In order to complete my day to day tasks I coordinate with multiple teams internal and external to DTDC like the Hr , GST,legal , finance,Marcom,admin,vendor's legal , finance ,sales etc . coordinated and facilitated for conducting many events.6.Admin - I maintain stock for the IT department.(Diaries,and other stationaries )7 Intranet - Raise capex for all the capital expenditures with relavence to IT Application .Do alterations like adding and deleting emails for flashing Booking vs delivery reports to the operations customers.8.presentations - Present quarterly spent details to the management, make cost optimisation ppts and present findings and recommendations .9.Amidst wearing multiple hats , I never miss out to attend all the events organised by the main dtdc Hr team .
