  I currently have 13 years of service.I worked patrol for over 10 years, where I was a field training officer and trained new officers. I have been a defensive tactics instructor. I am a member of several specialty units to include our Honor Guard and underwater search and rescue team. I am a member of several department committees to include our historical, training, and health and fitness committee.   I currently oversee the physical security (cameras, alarms, door access) for all Dupaco locations. I conduct robbery and de-escalation training for new hires and supervisors. I oversee and keep our business continuity disaster recovery plan up to date. I assist with fraud investigation and handling subpoenas. Work as a liaison with local law enforcement.
