  I am currently working as a Senior Human Resources Advisor in Corporate, providing practical solutions to the senior leadership team, HR network and employees regarding case management, industrial relations and HR process improvement. This has included the creation of new policies and processes, advice during major reform and managing discipline, complaint and appeal processes. I provided IR and case management advice and solutions to senior management, the wider HR network and employees. I was responsible for creating and implementing new HR policies and procedures for the TTA, providing HR advice and staff training. On numerous occasions I provided advice and support for three different client groups as a HR generalist. Coordinated and delivered on a variety of strategic HR projects including the employment brand strategy, 'values' staff survey, new employee survey and TransLink employment website restructuring and editing.
