      Key Responsibilities Operational:· First and second level support for Infra related issue.· Conduct Daily Application testing as per business requirement and publish to all stakeholders as informed.· Responsible for day-to-day customer complaints.· Identify the root causes for regular Customer Care complaints and raise to L3 team for permanent fix.· Provide physical support/troubleshooting for remote support team (L3) during all planned and unplanned activities.· Ensuring the availability of the local system deployed at site.· Provide technical support and guidance during UAT phase.· Tracking of all Assets at site and update in CMDB.· Conduct Physical audit and Application testing to avoid service outage.· Record all complaints/issues in JIRA/Wolken and provide fix within SLA.· Ensure all new deployment happens on time to meet the overall project delivery timeline.· Backup all System and configuration files.
