  It is a Government Department responsible for the construction and maintenance of all major government buildings, roads, and bridges in the State. My responsibilities and achievements are as follows:-•Led and executed complex multi-purpose contracts valued at 300 million CAD, for the construction, maintenance, and upkeep of roads and related assets at the provincial level. •Reduced the carbon footprint and assisted in achieving sustainable development goals by constructing more than 3000 km of sustainable green roads using plastic waste.•Gained a working knowledge of RFQ/RFPs for different procurement models such as DBB, PPP, etc. •Anticipated risks and resolved obstacles in executing multi-party contracts, by encouraging a proactive approach to problem-solving and documenting project progress as well as challenges. Doing so led to approximately 2 million CAD in savings in around 400 projects.•Successfully closed around 400 projects with the utmost satisfaction of all stakeholders.•Approved genuine change requests in around 50 projects out of 400 based on technical expertise and experience.•Recruited, managed, and mentored many employees, thereby customizing them to the organization’s culture and systems.•Settled claims and liabilities to the tune of 1 million CAD by effective mobilization and narration of disputes to administration. •Certified Road Safety Auditor.
