The multi-tenant 5 floor glass office building is a great asset with a component of underground parking, fabulous onsite restaurant and onsite management. It was my pleasure to work with the EXDO Management team and help them with this facility. After completing two new leases, my consulting assignment ended effective May 15th, but I continue to advise and advocate for this property and team.
