  Boiler Operation Engineer

  Shift In-charge :• Ensure Boiler operation efficiency• Rectification of the problem during boiler operation• Steam generation planning as per requirement• Optimized steam generation and distribution as per load factor of the complete plant• Ensure feed water quality is as per standards• Handling the government officer or visitor during Boiler visit and any other visits related to boiler• Ensures SOP implementation• Responsible for development of engineering solutions, cost and schedule estimates, risk assessments, maintenance, repair and replacement specifications, coordination, liaison, and administrative function related to the boiler division• To make the daily plan for steam production and maintenance from the monthly plan and report it to the VP technical.• To make sure that sufficient water is available for the boiler• To make sure that the preventive maintenance of the boiler is carried out as per schedule.• To make sure that boilers are compliant with the Indian Boilers Act.• Ensure that manpower is adhering to the safety guidelines and wearing their PPE's (Personal Protective Equipment's) all the time inside the plant.• Ensure boiler operating efficiently• Rectify the problem during operating of boiler and get it solved• Steam generation planning as per requirement• Fulfilling steam requirement of production.• Ensures the critical operation parameters within standards specified• Leads resolution of any alarm flooding, management, and rationalization issues.• Improves and ensures the reliability and integrity of the SIS, ESD, and process control systems.• Maintenance AMC (annual Maintenance Contract)• Coordinate with Inspection agency• Coordinate with Certification bodies• Coordinate with Calibration bodies Show less
