  • Develops, registers, launches, and evaluates mutual funds which include Capital Protected Fund (CPF), Equity Fund, Fixed Income Fund, Money Market Fund, and Balanced Fund.• Assists Head of Division and Manager in developing alternative products such as private investment initiatives in real sector (RDPT), Private Equity Fund, Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and Index Fund.• Conducts a comprehensive product analysis, including product profitability, back-testing (simulation), and product structure.• Monitors asset under management (AUM), product feature, and product underlying. • Liaises with internal and external parties to ensure product feasibility.Experience for the past 3 years:• Developed more than 45 CPFs and 15 Open-End Funds, and liquidated more than 20 funds within allotted time schedule.• Collaborated in creating 6 RDPTs in various sectors (property, agriculture, multi-finance, and oil & gas), including reviewing all documents needed (Contract Investment Collective, deed of issuance agreement, memorandum of information, and collateral agreement), supporting Head of Division in undertaking due diligence, and collaborated with underwriters, legal counsels, custodians, issuers, investors, and trustees.• Collaborated in creating the first Private Equity Fund in BNIAM which valued over USD 30.000.000.• Conducted 5 General Meeting Participation Unit Holders (GMPUHs)/ Rapat Umum Pemegang Unit Penyertaan (RUPUP).• Structured and developed a hotel REIT and established a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) for a hotel REIT.• Participated in Focus Group Discussion held by regulators (Bank Indonesia and Financial Services Authority (OJK)) regarding the issuance of Commercial Paper (CP) and Tabungan Perumahan Rakyat (TAPERA).• Assisted Head of Division in creating a study paper for OJK regarding Equity and Credit Linked Notes. • Acted as liquidator of a Special Purpose Company.
