  I am currently the Vehicle Exchange Manager and Customer Relations Manager here at Volkswagen Santa Monica. I also assist in all day to day task whenever any assistance is needed. Such as helping train new hires, clearing internet tasks and I even cover for reception when they need it. I make a numerous amount of follow up calls, sales calls and take inbound sales calls. I do as much as I can to ensure we provide quality customer service to each and every customer that comes our way.
