  Shut down jobs for crude and naphtha units. Heat exchangers, furnace, distillation column,pressure vessels, inspection of Air fin cooler and maintenance work.• Various NDT methods like MPT, DPT, UTG, RT, RFET and NFT applied during as per jobrequirement recommended by Client.• Bill of material prepared as per certified Isometric drawing.• Pneumatic Hydro testing preparation as per standard safety procedure for new fabricatedpipeline.• Planning meeting attend with Client to ensure quality inspection related required• resources availability.• Implementing quality control plans and procedures to provide the most efficient andeffective onsite construction works.• Assist to Identifying, Analyzing and Resolving Issues and problems related to the Quality for• Construction of oil & Gas and Petrochemical field.• Planning and Coordinating QA/QC activities, ensuring quality control of the work• according to contractual requirements.• Before starting fabrication job, ensure the WPS and TC from the client.• Ensure all the spare and their fitting component are match-up with provided WPS and TC.• Supervise, inspect, and witness all necessary requirements of NDT such as Radiographic test,• Dye Penetrate test, Magnetic Particle test, Ultrasonic test for each Project.• Verification of test packs.• Dimensional inspection of Pipes.• D.P. and Magnetic Particle Test.• Profile Check for Surface Preparation.• Responsible for making all QC Documentations.• Responsible for making billing document and clear from Client.• Determining workload and schedules and implementing policy and procedures for executionof job.• Ensure that worker followed standard maintenance procedure and work in safe environment.• Monitoring and inspecting job and enforce crew to follow all safety policy.• Conducting and witnessing of pneumatic Test, Hydro test.• Responsible for making all QC Documentations.
