  Working for Global customer Allianz Technology and providing support in implementation and migration of Velocloud devices at client site. Guiding the on-site Engr for device installation on site. Creating template and profile in VCO for each region. Involved in the part of data gathering, site design and configuration preparation. Configuring the routers and switches during migration activity. Used to prepare site design (LLD and HLD) for small, medium, and large site. Once migration activity is over, we ask customer to check the applications reachability. Once customer confirms all services (Data, Voice and Wi-Fi) are working properly we ask client to confirm on mail as well. Also, we ask on-site Engr to share the pics of Sdwan devices connected in rack. After confirmation from customer we used to handover the site in productions. Connecting the Velocloud devices with MPLS routers in client site. Once velo devices are migrated on Sdwan underlay technology then existing legacy sites were get decommissioned and handed over to concern team. Involved in providing support to Internal teams (GNOC) and coordinating with VMware vendor if any issues persists during migration with velo devices.
