      Pharsol is a small biotechnology company, specialised in developing innovative pharmaceutical solutions. We managed to bring 2 innovations to life, besides selling some hi-tech laboratory machinery and all the support for it. My roles in all our projects are focused on sales strategy, building customer personas and pathways, customer relations, and sale negotiations. CryoHolder - is a tool for safer and more efficient transportation of frozen cryovials. It was developed by Miha Rajh, my friend and colleague who thought of it and started making prototypes. I joined the team to try and develop the tool to perfection, but mostly to create sales and marketing strategies.
