Partnered with FDA Leadership to bring the first point of care PCR test for COVID 19 to market in March 2020. Designed and implemented worldwide contracting program that secured over 80 percent year over year revenue growth from 2020 - 2022. Captured long term revenue that sustainably tripled size of Cepheid, allowing it to take share in a declining market and transformed Cepheid into the market leader in point of care molecular testing. Contracted over $2 billion in new revenue from government, hospital and point of care customers with no commercial or product liability litigation. Advised the Cepheid president and leadership team on all major legal and compliance matters. Managed a global legal team of over 25 legal, compliance and data privacy professionals. Transitioned duties to successor in December 2023 and transferred the Diagnostics Platform Legal Operations to a new Danaher level legal operations group through March 2024.
