  During the summers of 2018 and 2019 I worked for the Royal Collection Trust ’ at Buckingham Palace. I was part of the disability team and in this position, I was able to provide visitors from each corner of the globe a warm and friendly welcome to Buckingham Palace. I answered any question they may have to the best of my ability and strived to enrich their visit. In doing this, I aimed to present and deliver the highest possible levels of visitor care and security to make their experience special.As a Summer Warden’, I monitored the Visitor Route to ensure the safety of the building, exhibits, and visitors. I am capable to deal with visitors’ queries/problems efficiently. I worked directly with the accessible route, supplying safe passage to the State Rooms if they were unable to do so alone. I learned how to assess and resolve the problem to those who need to be demanded more attention.I have the skills to communicate information regarding the Royal Collection and Palaces with confidence and clarity in a warm, friendly, peaceful and engaging manner to the visitors so that I could represent the Royal Collection Trust to the best of my abilities. I aim to create and present the kind of customer experience that is needed at a high standard. Show less
