  Today I am part of the the global Technology, Platforms and Architecture (TPA) team - primarily focusing on introducing new manufacturing technology and developing tomorrows manufacturing concepts.Currently, my main responsibility is to drive the simulation adoption across all factories in the Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives segment. This effort is part of a cross-segment program called Digital Engineering Enablers (DEE) - which aims to develop both simulation and ADM capabilities across all of Danfoss.Relevant experience/tasks:- Working in Global Team(s)- Stakeholder management on many levels- Introducing new technology/competencies- Process simulation, Plant simulation, SC optimization & Simulation- 5G robot project - testing 5G technology inside our factory- Development of concept for future manufacturing setup Show less In this role, I joined the highly specialized global Board Assembly Team (PCBA) - and my main focus was to optimize logistics, storage and handling of PCB components and boards globally - all areas which I had gained experience with in my earlier role as Project Engineer in the PCBA factory.I was also appointed as Global Technology Owner (GTO) for Collaborative Robots.Key achievements/experience:⁃ Maturing 2 new PCB handling Technologies using cobots which led to implemented solutions (TRL 1-10).⁃ Implementation of new semi-automated storage solution with capacity of >40.000 SMD reels. Integration to SAP system.⁃ Extension of digital storage solution at SMD lines + Development of new sorting app for the SMD reels which enabled efficient material flow from external storage to SMD line.⁃ Merger of 2 powercard lines to free up space and reduce cost of operation- Public speaking: Shared insights from our cobot journey at Herning Messe + Robotbrag in Odense Show less In my first role at Danfoss, I was assigned to optimize a thermal paste dispensing process.I successfully developed and implemented a flexible dispensing concept using a Cobot on a modular and mobile platform - which was then copied and applied at multiple locations afterwards. Being a industry 4,0 enthusiast, my master thesis-project was carried out on the 3rd thermal paste dispensing cobot - and this robot was equipped with data acquisition hardware (DIAP Gateway) which sent the relevant production data and process parameters to Microsoft Azure Cloud for Predictive Maintenance purposes. This digital solution enabled 100% traceability on quality (barcode scan data + thermal paste weight data) and visibility on when abnormalities was occurring during processing.During this period - I also worked a lot with AGV and AIV techonology and made several proof-of-concept installations to learn how and where this technology could be applied i the factory.Highlights:- Implementation of automation projects into production with payback around 1,5 years- Programming of Cobots and AIV's- Project management - CAPEX, Stakeholders, Documentations etc. Show less
