   Well Experienced in Project Management in Software automated testing and Quality Assurance (QA Engineer) in SDLC to ensure the delivery of QA team in Agile Way Of Working. Worked on development of agile frame work for test automation team to track the new issue and resolution of issue which is created during software testing. Responsible for co-ordinating test engineers, developers and other cross functional team members in issue resolution meeting and tracking the progress and resolving issue in Jira Board. Supporting test engineers to create Product Issue Logs (Impediments task), assigning right assignee, and getting confirmation from assignee to accept the PIL. Planning weekly issue review meetings to track the progress of issue in Jira Board. Working with product owners (testing team manager) to plan the every programme increment (PI Planning weeks) to get the information about work load, availability, velocity. Helping squad to create their Stories for each Sprint (2 Wks.) and creating backlogs. Supporting for PI planning and confidential coting during PI planning and address the issue areas in upcoming PI Prioritising issue based on severity and planning issue management meeting with cross functional team to update the progress in Jira Board Supporting scrum meeting to check the progress of sprint and understand any obstacles and help required by squad member and arrange the relevant support for them to complete the planned task.  Supporting for retrospective meeting and track the progress and lesson learnt of all squad members, and preparing for sprint.  Keep the issue up to date and chasing the assignees to add the progress towards issue resolutions. Co-ordinate the squad from issue create to resolution, all level of status.
