  I have spent most of my career serving clients within the Financial Services and Hospitality industries, primarily public companies on key strategic initiatives. I provide a wide range of advisory services to companies that are evaluating and executing transformational activities or large complex transactions, anchored with my significant SEC, technical accounting experience and industry knowledge. I am also privileged to currently serve as a client leader for several of Deloitte’s premier financial services clients.I started my career with Deloitte in our external audit practice, after graduation from Temple University. I spent my first 11 years in our audit practice, including a rotation through Deloitte’s national office with a focus on complex accounting matters and SEC rules and regulations.I find that knowing the “why”, helps define the “what” and the “how”. Therefore, my approach in delivering these services is to bring value to my clients – focusing on operationalizing solutions and incorporating areas of focus outside the obvious.I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
