      As an undergraduate student in the psychology honors program, I was afforded the opportunity to conduct research with Dr. Margaret Reardon on my honors thesis research project, "Perceptions of Police Use of Excessive Force". Throughout my honors thesis I: conducted a literature review, wrote an application for IRB approval, conducted data collection with college students, attended weekly advising meetings, conducted ANOVA and regression analyses, and wrote an APA-style research paper. In addition, I was also able to present my research at the 2017 Psychology Day, 2017 Psychology Honors Colloquium, 2018 Undergraduate Scholars Forum, and 2018 “Women in Science” poster session at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
