  The subsidiary of the largest water company in Baltics – AS Tallinna Vesi listed company in Baltic Stock Exchange, which main activities are infrastructure construction (utilities and road construction) and other construction related services in Estonia.My main challenges: I launched the business in 2010 by creating start-up environment inside monopolistic company. I was responsible for managing the everyday business in executive level (including recognizing new business streams, marketing and building relations, setting budgets and objectives - balanced score cards, motivational system inside teams to ensure growth). My achievements:Revenue and the profit of the company grew 10 times within 6 years (in 2015 revenues in total 9 million euros). Launched and developed several new services;The company is TOP 5 construction services company in Estonia. High motivation and dedication level in the company.Team increased up to 60 employees (consisted mainly top engineers, project managers as well as blue collar workers) – very high dedication level (according to personnel research data).   AS Framm is one of the largest producers of precast concrete elements in Estonia with outstanding experience of more than 30 years. Working as a marketing and sales manager holds responsibilities of empowering the teams of sales, project management, logistics and warehouse. Also creating sales strategy and leading its implementation as well as holding and comforting key customers - both local and foreign (mainly Finnish, Swedish, and Latvian). I am also responsible for marketing and communication (both social media and advertising campaigns).As a memeber of executive team I also lead changes in processes depending on priorities of the company (e.g. digitalization, service improvements and efficiency of product lines) including top managers and specialists from all areas of company.
