  ->Here I am looking after RAN & MW rollout for Odissa Circle.->I am looking after RAN Project rollout/N to H swap/dismantling activity of RAN & MW.->Deployment and planning of rollout activity with all stake holders for site survey,RFI survey, site preparation for media & tx readiness, equipment deployment, integration, call testing, EMF, SCFT, QC & acceptance .->Daily/weekly output report including progress/status/pending issues closure and partner performance evaluation for each site.
