  - Prepare a training plan for the technicians with the assistance of After Sales Service Manager and Country Manager - Provide technical trainings to the technical support team on machinery as well as on spare parts analysis and recommendations - Prepare training materials to support theory - Advise the customers on best way to operate the machines and to maintain them in support of the sales team- Provide support to the Sales team on technical matters and argumentation with the customers - Operate the machine when demonstrations are organized - Carry out new machine erection, validation (PDI) and commissioning Develop (PMP) preventive maintenance program and train customer on execution- Carry out all type of preventive or corrective maintenance safely, timely and professionally. Manually or with computer aided electronic service tool doing professional diagnosis and trouble shooting.- Select and use appropriate type of hand, power or special tools safety and efficiently - Read, use and deliver technical literature related to the machine operation and maintenance efficiently- Work in teams and delegates work to them Prepare and submit variety of technical reports on time - Deliver high level of technical support to customer with positive communication skills Conduct training for customer and new technician - Prepare parts lists when needed - Calibrate and test machine after repair- Assist in preparing seasonal or annual parts lists for company or customer Audit tools and parts - Conduct training for customer - Assist on parts inventory control Cross check any customer requested list - Participate in fairs, seminars and training sessions Show less
