  I was responsible for the last 5 years for new model project as project leader within the manufacturing division. I was responsible for the manufacturing plan development inclusive of all aspect of the project QCT. Managing the project from concept to delivery at SOP (start of production) for all production disciplines from planning, body, paint and trim assembly, against the project outline and targets set during the development stages. The last project done was a model export project to Europe. Before project management my responsibility was as Trim Process & facilities engineer implementing model changes and doing line improvements ito flow process, tooling and facility upgrades including involvement in automation projects like robot glazing, CPM sub assembly and manipulation, engine stuffing AGV systems, and overhead supply systems.
