  Project initiation Responsible for assessing and managing payment claims for subcontractors within Sydney Metro EDA space. This involves liaising with the subcontractors and project work package PMs or DMs to provide accuracy of the payment claim amount to be paid. Working collaboratively with Design Manager, Client and multi-disciplinary engineers in delivering the new Sydney Metro station at Pyrmont during Stage 1 Design. The role required:- taking meeting minutes on design complications and solutions, workshops, client meetings, multi-disciplinary coordination meetings- meeting the client submission deadlines- coordinating and supporting engineers and reporting back to design manager - preparing weekly project report Supporting on South West Metro Design Solution (Bankstown, Belmore, Hurlstone Park and Wiley Park Station) during the Construction Phase.
