The project that was assigned with was GRA and Starters & Leavers Application. GRA (Global Resourcing Application) is an application to help user to plan the resources required on the project assigned globally. With GRA, users are able to plan and forecast the required resources for incoming projects and also resources that are on the bench. I was mainly responsible developing the core engine that calculates the availability of the resource and the utilization of each role.Starters & Leavers is an application for administrator/HR to create in coming employee and employee which are leaving. My role is a project manager that has 2 developers reporting to me. This role is similar to the Sunway AMS but it is with a different client on a different application. However this client has more significant change request in coming as bank has the regulations updated regularly by Bank Negara, therefore change request is inevitable. I have to manage lots of change request at a single time and prepare the costing, contractual agreement, resource allocation, planning and communication back and forth with their project managers and key users. Show less This project is about gaming tool that Jeju Shinhwa World had acquired from Fusionex on TGT (Table Gaming Terminal), Cage (Front Window Cashier, Main bank, Chip Bank and Chip Vault), Credit Collection and Marketing (Program related module such as junket, patron enrollment, point scoring system through player rating on table game). My role here is as a principal consultant responsible for Cage operation such as Main Bank, Chip Bank, Front Window with various cage transactions flow, Credit Collection and Marketing module. My responsibility is to study user’s requirement through a conducted workshop and perform a gap analysis on the business requirement comparing to our product. I was also required to prepare the wireframe on proposed change request required based on the gap analysis and present the proposed solution to the key stake holder of Cage, Credit Collection and Marketing.
