Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of ACE’s insurance and motor club activities, including the effect of applicable insurance laws and regulations, the economies of the insurance business, the content of Exchange policies, and underwriting, sales and claims practices.• Manage COVID-19 Compliance Log. Capture appropriate governing body orders, promulgated laws, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations, bulletins, notices, pertinent news articles, and published regulatory comments. Update and disseminate daily. * Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the laws, regulations and issues related to the insurance products offered by ACE, including California’s Prop 103. Act as the primary contact on behalf of ACE with regulators in several states.
