Monitoring Contractor’s performance versus the planned using KPIs / EVM, identify variances, delay, risks, forecasting, change management, document controlling and write to the Contractor with recommend corrective actions to mitigate delay and bring project back to track. In coordination with the team identification of project risks, probability, impact, risk response and monitor its implentation. Assessment and evaluate requests for extension of time claims using Forensic delay analysis , prepare report and recommendations. Coordinate with project team to ensure timely issuance of weekly dashboard/monthly progress reports including S-Curve, Histograms, cost report, planning and scheduling report, document control report, project performance report related to project control function. Analyzing and reporting on the Contractor’s monthly, weekly reports, respond to Contractor’s letters, correspondence. Arrange regular workshop meetings between the various project control team to ensure consistency of interlinking issues and assist the Contractor to close their planning / project control issues. Identify bottleneck areas, provide early warning to the Project Manager of any potential risks and slippages.
