Our startup focused on bridging the gap between women seeking work in sectors like cleaning and other services through a user-friendly mobile application. During my time In the position held, I was in charge of overseeing the development and dissemination of technology to our stakeholders such as customers, service providers, and potential partners to help improve and increase the business value chain. My other duties involved collecting user and service provider (Mama Fuas) data which helped drive informed business decisions such as which areas in Nairobi needed more Mama Fuas for training which led to improved customer satisfaction and retention whilst continuing to innovate and improve on the app. Show less
