  1. I'm responsible for the process and technical support of multiple engineering systems. For example: CPR (Part creation and maintenance), DMTEC/PDMLINK (Document Management), EC (Engineering Change), PCN (Product Change Notification). 2. I’m good at 2D/3D software including Autocad/Creo/Spaceclaim/Keyshot. 3. I need to provide trainings for engineers and plant site regularly, collect feedback from users and improve my training skill, then give our users a good ECE. 4. I’m responsible for key user group creation of IND/ENG. I keep a good relationship with them including delivering information, collecting feedback, providing solutions timely, etc. 5.
