  Partner and Chair of the Capital Market and Securities Practice Group at Pearl Cohen's Tel Aviv office, Joined the firm in April 2004 and became a Partner in 2007. I have an extensive experience representing both Israeli and foreign public companies listed for trade in Israel and abroad. My practice includes representing clients in complex transactions such as mergers, take-overs, reverse takeovers, transactions involving shell companies and bond arrangements under the supervision of the court. I provide an on-going legal advice and services to clients on matters such as internal enforcement procedures, implementation of corporate governance rules and reporting requirements. As part of my practice, I have represented client's vis-a-vis various governmental authorities and agencies, especially the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. I also advise board of directors on regulatory matters and the implications of various courses of actions, including the audit committee IDB Group. Show less
