  I worked in the Immunology Research lab in the Department of Biochemistry, Panjab University. The title of my dissertation/thesis is "INTERPLAY BETWEEN REACTIVE OXYGEN SPECIES AND MITOCHONDRIA IN DIABETIC LIVER: A STUDY ON MURINE MODEL OF TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS".The study focused on how Reactive Oxygen Species impact mitochondrial dynamics and metabolic pathways, contributing to liver dysfunction in type 2 diabetes. The research provided insights into the mechanisms of oxidative stress and mitochondrial interaction in diabetic conditions, potentially opening up pathways for targeted therapeutic approaches to mitigate diabetic liver damage and diabetes itself.
