The workouts combine both HIIT and resistance-based training to improve energy levels, metabolic rate, strength and endurance. As an F45 trainer, I coach cardio and strength classes with up to 30 participants. My role as a coach is to lead the workouts, while creating a safe and encouraging environment for the participants. I believe group exercise is an amazing way of building community and reaching your fitness goals with the company of others that share similar passions.
