  Events Director of 2017 Kanata-Carleton Cultural Festival

  As Events Director of the 2017 Kanata-Carleton Cultural Festival, I organized over 50 groups of musicians, singers, dancers and actors to perform on the stage at the Earl of March Secondary School and the outdoor stage at Sandwell Green Park. The event ran 10am-6pm outside, noon-9:30pm inside with events changing every 15-20 minutes. A wealth of community talent was showcased!

  I founded Groove with the Guitar in order to bring people together through the positive power of music. My friends and I enjoy putting smiles on the faces of people who watch our concerts in seniors residences, long term care facilities, at school or at home. I also take great pleasure in helping people of all ages learn to play the acoustic guitar and express themselves through this wonderful craft.
