  Project Manager in Team Analysis in Governmental It Services, which conducts due diligence analysis of It-infrastructure. Responsible for the initiating phase of the transition of clients It-infrastructure. Team Analyse is responsible for the initial phase of the transition when Statens IT takes over IT operations from new customers. I am responsible for coordinating the actors in the due diligence period (analysis phase), which includes analysis of the institution's current IT operating environment and organisation including asset mapping, contracts, licenses, human resources, finances, security, customer signing the State IT's main agreement, an interim agreement for "as is" operation and recommendationon royal resolution formally conferring responsibility on the government. In practice, this means that I write letters to Her Majesty.I also handle the initial communication with customers in the pipeline and serve steering groups and ministerial follow-up groups, among other things, for the Executive Board of the Danish Economic Authority and the Danish State IT.
