  I have worked in venues and with companies across the country and in Europe. I was recognized as having skills in designing and managing lighting systems for shows ranging from high end special events to arena sized shows. Working as lighting director, technical director, and production manager for many clients until taking a full-time position at the Georgia Aquarium as Sr. Lighting Director and then becoming Technical Director for the Dolphin Show. ​ Since leaving the Georgia Aquarium he has continued his freelance career in live events, TV, and film. His clients include PRG offices, Fuse Technologies, Monolith Studios, M Squared, 22 Degrees, Staging Techniques, and Fine Design Associates. Designing and programming lights for Fortune 50 companies’ tradeshow, corporate meetings, and special events. Installing, maintaining, and striking lighting rigs for shows such as the Superbowl Halftime Show, Miss Universe, The Cube, Go Big Show, Family Feud, and others. -Lead installation technician Dolphin Theatre, GA Aquarium. (2010 - Magnum Companies)-Freelance Lighting designer and technician in Atlanta Metro Area working nationally for a variety of end clients; from high profile not for profit organizations to multinational Fortune 25 companies. Brought in a a consultant to numerous theatres, nightclubs, and places of worship. (Jan 2006 – Dec 2007, Sep 2009 - Current)-Independent technician working as over-hire carpenter and electrician for Denver Center for the Performing Arts and IATSE Local 7 Denver (2006), On call grip/gaffer/electrician for VideoSmith Productions Panama City, Florida and other Panhandle organizations (2004-2005)-Consultative development of marketing strategies for several companies including a financial services company, an art gallery, and a software company (2005)-Was responsible for the scheduling of calls, lodging, and transportation of crews of sizes from 3-25 people throughout my career.
