This includes implementingmatrix-based solutions for assembly, part identification, and change management in the NPD department. Currently, I am focused on reducing paint defects such as scratches and missing paint on chassis long members within the Paint Shop department. This effort aims to elevate product quality and enhance customer satisfaction, which ultimately leading to meeting customer demand and accelerating production rates. Show less
