Selected achievements:• Revived Management reporting practice for Service in 2016;• Developed CBI (cost build up) methodology in 2017. CAT alignment audited in 2021;• Successfully run division through CAT Excellence program in 2018-2019. Silver level awarded and sustained;• Developed and rolled out a standard (site presence+ assets) calculating and modeling tool for site promotions in 2020.
