      2023 - 2023
      - Chemistry

Attended the 2 week Cryo-EM school course at PNCC. This course is focused on training novice CryoEM users to independently vitrify samples and operate the microscope to collect data for single particle studies. Through hands-on practice, I learned Cryo-EM sample preparation, microscope operation, and automated data collection with SerialEM. Grid preparation training was performed with LeicaEM GP2, Vitrobot, and manual plunge.
