  - Participated in preparing the yearly quality audit plan of the company prior for approval by the CEO. Some audits were planned and announced and some planned, but not announced. (not communicated to the process owners under audit.-Conducted internal systems and process audits. I used to lead quality audit against external standards, for example GACA, FAA, IASA to assure compliance. I also used to conduct audit against costumer’s standards, and the employer internal standards to assure conformity. -Conducted many capability audits. Before adding any capability to our capability list, I verify that the subject shop/shops have all the requirements to repair, test, and overhaul the aircraft parts. For example, standard tools, special tools, training, proper supervision, space, piece parts, approved original equipment manual (OEM).-Reviewed /approved/rejected partially or completely root causes, corrective action, and preventive measures. Justified the rejections. -Escorted auditors from external international /national bodies. Negotiate their audit observations if they are not valid. After that support the process owners in defining the root causes and adapting best practises in designing corrective actions, preventive measures. I also have supervised the verifications and validations of the actions usually accomplished by the auditees (process owners) prior to audit reports closure and submission to the external bodies. - Performed many types of quality assurance audits, for example investigative audits, planned and announced audits, and planned but not announced audits.-Performed audit in Kingdome airports and out of kingdom airports. The scop included aviation operational safety, safety management system (SMS), and HSE.-Prepared company risks registry. Performed risks assessment. and continuously updating the company risk registry table. In kingdom and out of kingdom facility.-Conducted fire prevention and safety audits in different company locations for example Riyadh airport, Abha airport.-Familiar with both flammable material and dangerous goods used in aircraft maintenance or shipping purposes.-Supervised fire drills and emergency response simulations. -Familiar with HSE local requirements, as well as the international standards by OSHA and NEBOSH.I also used to audit against safety requirements for new stores, warehouses, or company buildings prior to final acceptance. I audited once the Canteen for hygienic compliance after a poisoning incident.-Reported major aircraft failures to GACA and aircraft vendors. Our reports usually include the root cause and the contributing factors caused the incidents or accidents like human errors, aircraft parts reliability, or poor procedures design. Last part of our reports would involve conclusions, and recommendations to eliminate hazards or mitigate risks.-Investigated many aviation ground accidents, industrial injuries, fatality, caused by human errors, or poor processes design. - Participated in joint investigation committees, for example with AIB, GACA, Saudia corporate safety for different incidents, for example runway intrusion, aircraft ground accident, motorized equipment fire.-Provided consultation to the legal affair by delivering technical Investigation reports prior of disciplinary actions or employee termination.-Prepared Arabic report versions for legal affairs. Very challenging due to the difficulty faced when translating aviation terminology to Arabic.-Communicated recommendations to the concerned departments as preventive measures. Verifying their compliance with the recommendations.-Reported serious operational issues to external authority, like GACA, AIB, and Saudia corporate safety.
