  This was the most amazing experience! I had the opportunity to reside in a beautiful town and run a very unique Hotel. I was in charge of the restaurant and bar as well as coordinating day trips for the guests. This included setting up local adventures, outside dining experiences and banquets within the Hotel itself. I loved this job! I truly enjoy working closely with guests and other vendors outside of my company to create an unforgettable trip for travelers.

  I was in charge of all the Front of House hiring, training and customer satisfaction. I oversaw the kitchen, bar and service staff and coordinated monthly meetings with the front of the house team. Customer service and overall satisfaction of our guests was my main priority while ensuring that my team was happy and well trained.

  I am in charge of selling the venue space for corporate meetings, galas, banquets and social events. I closely monitor catering revenue to ensure that we are exceeding our budget and increasing business year after year. I work closely with my clients to coordinate all of the details and ensure their satisfaction from the contracting phase through the day of the event. Building rapport and good standing relationships with both existing and future clients is a very important part of my job and by far the part that I enjoy most! Show less
